Tube City IMS appoints assistant general counsel

Pennsylvania-based steel mills 
products and services company Tube City IMS has appointed Jonathan Fingeret as assistant general counsel

As a member of the legal department, he reports directly to Thomas Lippard, executive vice president, general 
counsel and secretary Fingeret comes to the company from Pittsburgh law firm Thorp Reed & Armstrong, where he was a partner for the past three years. His prior 
experience focused on mergers and acquisitions, formation and structuring of business entities, private equity transactions, and securities offerings and disclosure compliance. He also worked for seven years in the corporate department of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, a global law firm.

Fingeret is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned 
his law degree from Georgetown University. He is based at Tube City’s corporate headquarters in Glassport, Pennsylvania. ‘Jonathan has a broad range of experience and is a seasoned attorney with a strong track record of success,’ Lippard says in announcing the appointment. ‘We are delighted 
to welcome him to the team.’
