Weight Watchers, an international company that offers dieting products, has nabbed Richard Reade, former general counsel of Integrated Service Solutions, to oversee matters outside of the US, according to The Lawyer.
Reade will serve as assistant general counsel (international) at the US company but will be based in Maidenhead, UK.
The litigator joined Integrated Service Solutions’ legal team in 2007, where he handled issues for the company’s board in addition to his legal duties, commercial contracts and litigation matters.
Prior to this move, he was a solicitor at Pinsent Masons, a full service law firm.
Succeeding Reade at Integrated Service Solutions is Elena Zachariou, who previously spent a year as assistant general counsel after three years in the senior counsel role at the company.
