Aquestive Therapeutics appoints general counsel

Lori Braender was previously with Day Pitney

Lori Braender joined specialty pharmaceutical company Aquestive Therapeutics on September 10 as senior vice president and general counsel.

Braender joined Aquestive following a 35-year career at law firm Day Pitney, where she was most recently chair of the life sciences practice group. Aquestive CEO Keith Kendall says in a statement: ‘With her knowledge and familiarity of the company, and the depth of her professional experience, Lori will be an important part of the leadership of Aquestive.’
