NYSE-listed Tennant Company has appointed Mary Talbott as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective today.
Talbott most recently served as vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant corporate secretary for General Cable Corporation in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Previously, she was vice president of law at Macy’s and served for nine years at the Cincinnati, Ohio-based EW Scripps Company/Scripps Networks Interactive, most recently as senior vice president, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary.
She is relocating to Tennant Company’s global headquarters in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The company produces cleaning tools and supplies. Jeffrey Cotter was Tennant Company’s previous general counsel. He joined Deluxe Corporation in June 2018 as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
