Terry Eller has succeeded Michael Futch as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at NYSE-listed Granite Construction. In addition to these roles, she serves as the company’s corporate compliance officer.

Eller joined Granite in May as deputy general counsel. In her new role she is responsible for all legal, compliance and secretarial functions, including providing counsel to both the board and senior management.

Eller is no stranger to the world of construction and engineering. Before joining Granite she held various legal positions in the industry, including international legal counsel and principal for 5RMK, a consulting firm. She
also served as vice president of investor relations and vice president of international law at Washington Group International.

‘Terry brings a wealth of knowledge to Granite, and I am confident that, under her leadership, Granite will remain a leader in the industry for its high ethical standards,’ Granite president and chief executive William Dorey comments in a statement announcing Eller’s appointment.
