ONEOK taps new vice president

<p>Neal Lehman is the new vice 
president of compliance and ethics 
at ONEOK</p>

In this new position he reports to John Barker, senior vice president and general counsel, and John Gibson, president and CEO. He now has responsibility for oversight of company-wide compliance with rules, regulations and laws, and for the 
development and implementation of continuing company-wide compliance and ethics training.

‘Neal’s extensive legal experience and expertise will strengthen our ongoing compliance and ethics programs and reinforce our commitment to operating in a manner consistent with our firm’s values,’ Gibson writes in a press release announcing the appointment.
Lehman was most recently a partner at Latham Wagner Steele & Lehman. Prior to that he was senior legal counsel for Phillips Petroleum. His other 
previous roles include a range of 
senior legal functions at Baker Industries, Skelly Oil and the Department of Justice.

Lehman holds a bachelor’s degree from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania and earned his JD from St Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
