Corporate Secretary is now accepting nominations for its 2013 Corporate Governance Awards and we encourage you to take the time to nominate a company or a deserving colleague for one of the trophies to be presented at the ceremony in New York on November 14. By nominating a company you believe is demonstrating best practices in governance, you are actually voting to help publicize the positive efforts that are improving governance in North America. You can nominate candidates for any or all of 12 categories that include governance professional of the year, corporate governance team of the year, best use of technology by a corporate secretary or general counsel, best overall legal team for governance, and rising star.
