After the SEC's report on social media in April 2013, Zillow's legal team gave the OK to taking earnings call questions on Twitter and Facebook. Investor relations officer RJ Jones discusses the process and the payoff in terms of transparency and better engagement with investors and analysts, leading Zillow to win the award for best use of technology by a corporate secretary or general counsel at the Corporate Governance Awards 2013 in November 2013.
