Nominees announced for Corporate Governance Awards 2019

Awards will be presented on November 21 in New York

Corporate Secretary is announcing the short-listed nominees for the 12th Corporate Governance Awards.

The awards celebrate outstanding achievements in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) fields. Corporate Secretary received submissions for a wide variety of companies and individuals highlighting the exceptional and innovative work being done by GRC professionals in areas ranging from shareholder engagement and proxy statements to ESG reporting and compliance.

An independent panel of judges will select the winners, which will be announced at a gala event on November 21 at Cipriani 25 Broadway, New York. Click here for more information on the awards.

Also on November 21, Corporate Secretary will host the Corporate Secretary Think Tank – US in New York, an event exclusively for GRC professionals.
