He will also continue to work with the legal teams in the Warner Bros’ domestic and international television distribution units.

Zucker reports to John Rogovin, executive vice president and general counsel for Warner Bros.

Before joining the company, Zucker spent three years as vice president for legal affairs at Paramount Network Television. Earlier in his career he spent four years at Capital Cities/ABC as general attorney for litigation and employment and spent two years at the company as senior counsel for business and legal affairs.
