Home Point recruits new CCO

Ross Gloudeman was previously with AIMD Consulting

Home Point Financial Corporation has appointed Ross Gloudeman as chief compliance officer.

According to Home Point, Gloudeman has 10 years’ experience providing legal counsel and administering risk and compliance management systems in the financial services and mortgage industry. Before joining the mortgage originator and servicer, he was a principal at AIMD Consulting, providing advisory and contract risk or compliance services. Before that, he was senior vice president and executive risk and compliance officer at Walter Investment Management.

Rodney Cadwell, AIMD Consulting founder and principal, did not respond immediately to a request for comment.

‘Ross’ knowledge, insights and experience in risk and compliance interpretation, assessment and measurement make him an excellent new addition to our team,’ says Sheryl Johnson, chief legal officer at Home Point, in a statement. ‘We’re excited to welcome him to Home Point and believe he is well prepared to successfully lead our compliance group.’

A Home Point spokesperson did not respond immediately to a request for information regarding the firm’s previous CCO.
