Winners to be announced at special virtual event on November 11

Corporate Secretary is announcing the short-listed nominees for its 14th Corporate Governance Awards.

The winners, selected by an independent panel of judges, will be revealed at a special virtual event starting with pre-show online networking at 4.00 pm ET on Thursday, November 11. The ceremony will begin at 4.45 pm ET. Click here for more information.

Corporate Secretary’s Corporate Governance Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the governance, risk and compliance fields. As with every year, submissions were made for a wide variety of companies and individuals for excellent work in areas such as hosting AGMs, compliance and ethics programs, ESG reporting, entity management, proxy statements, engagement and – for the first time this year – corporate transactions.
