In her new role, Colin will also lead global compliance and enterprise risk management programs for the company. She is joining Univar Solutions having previously been associate general counsel for personal care in North America for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She will succeed Noelle Perkins, who is leaving the company to become executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Cushman & Wakefield, also effective July 1.

As head of the commercial real estate services company’s global legal function, Perkins will play a lead role in implementing governance and risk management practices. She will also provide strategic advice, oversight and support to the firm’s global business and operations.

Before her time with Univar Solutions, Perkins was chief counsel for the oilseeds processing segment of Archer Daniels Midland Company.

David Jukes, president and CEO of Univar Solutions, says in a statement: ‘I’m excited to welcome Alexa to the … team. Univar Solutions also announced this week that its shareholders have voted at a special meeting to approve the company’s acquisition by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo.
