American Leaders will hold its Enterprise Risk Management Forum June 13 and 14 in Chicago. With the theme ‘Strengthening the risk resiliency model,’ the organizers say key issues discussed will include implementing strategies for integrating stronger communications between departments and the board of directors, achieving operational excellence and how to comply with the latest regulations.

The two-day forum features presentations from risk management experts, interactive panels and networking opportunities.  Hundreds of chief risk officers, chief financial officers, audit professionals, compliance executives and corporate directors are expected to attend.

Sessions at the conference include: ‘Cultivating a culture of risk management and accountability at every level of the organization’; ‘Evaluating total risk exposure of an organization: Qualitative vs. quantitative measures’ and ‘Applying key risk indicator data to achieve company goals’. There will also be a keynote panel discussion on ‘Engaging cooperation with the board of directors’ and a round table discussion on ‘Business continuity and crisis management.’
