Former Molson Coors CLO joins Hilton as general counsel

Anne-Marie D’Angelo succeeds general counsel Kristin Campbell, who is retiring

Anne-Marie D’Angelo has joined hospitality company Hilton as executive vice president and general counsel.

In her new role, she reports to Hilton president and CEO Christopher Nassetta and is a member of the company’s executive committee.

D’Angelo most recently was chief legal and government affairs officer at Molson Coors Beverage Company. She joined Molson Coors in December 2021, filling the position vacated by Lee Reichert, who had become deputy attorney general of business and licensing for Colorado.

She had previously been executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at NiSource, having joined the utility in 2019. Earlier in her legal career she had spent 13 years in senior legal roles at McDonald’s Corporation before becoming general counsel and corporate secretary of Global Brass and Copper Holdings.

D’Angelo succeeds general counsel Kristin Campbell, who is retiring this month having spent the past 12 years with Hilton. Before joining the company, Campbell was senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Staples. She previously worked at several law firms including Goodwin Procter and Rackemann Sawyer & Brewster (now Verrill). Campbell sits on the boards of Office Depot and Regency Centers.

‘Anne-Marie is a recognized, respected leader with a proven track record that spans industries and complex matters, and I know she will offer outstanding strategic guidance and lead our legal function – and Hilton – with the highest level of integrity.’
